Default Hornblaster shockers sounding awful

When i installed these horns a few months ago, everything was fine and i had no issues. Now, that it’s warming up, raining, humid, my horns are sounding... not good. Some days i will blow them first thing in the morning and they sound amazing. After that, the more i blow them, the worse it sounds. They sound not loud, something it’s so embarrassing and screechy i will not even blow them. I drain my tank atleast 2 times a day, the compressor and tank are both mounted in my toolbox out of the weather, and the horns are mounted where my spare tire used to be, facing the rear of the truck and slightly angled down. I blew out my tank with compressed air and there is no water in it. Some days the horns sound amazing and others i won’t blow them at all. Idk where to start. It’s a viair 2 gallon tank and compressor setup. Just put a brand new 110/145 pressure switch in also and it’s srill doing it. Is it possible for a piece of trash to be getting hung up somewhere? Or is it the volume in the air? Or humidity? Thanks for ANY help as this is frustrating!

It's probably humidity.

Call HB and ask them if there is something you can use to help get rid of the water buildup.
