K5 is more musical
you figer with the extra bells thats way it can pull off the classic shave and a haire cut lol
and i have notes wen you run a K horn with not much
psi its sounds cool
just the way its sounds you just fall
in love with it lol

now i am on more the K3 side and wean its comes to
mounting a K3 Under a truck bed

i have two sets of shockers on my dodge durango, both have huge 3/8 solenoids with 1/2 line running to each set, on 145 psi… truly i think that the k3 is louder’ it be nice to have a test done, each set place on top of a truck and blast each one from same distance, then we would truly know. i can hear trains that are 4 miles away from my home. i dont think you can hear shockers that far.
bottom line is wish hornblasters.com could built an exact replica of a k3 and a k5 out of the same material of the shockers that would be the ultimate!!! and more affordabel!!!
wait to 2 sets of shockers and still the k3 is louder? then all 8?
