Thank you guys for your comments and suggestions. I am almost positive that plug is not in there but I will double check. What I found out is that 1/2" airline was used but it was 1/2" OD, the inside diameter is 3/8. Is this what is holing me back? I keep hearing to use a 1/2" airline, but is that 3/8" or 1/2" ID? Thank you, I think I’m getting closer to fixing the problem!

1/2" o.d. tubing is the minimum and plenty of people use it.
5/8" or 3/4" tubing is a good upgrade, but they should be pretty dang loud even with the 1/2".

Tubing is measured OD.
Hose is measured ID.

What size/brand valve are you using?
How is that tee plumbed in the system? Is it simply cut into the line connecting the 2 tanks - then the branch goes to the horn?

if you want a reliable place to buy fittings and tubing go to Airedup.com

iv have purchased a number of fittings and tubing from them for my system.

Here is what i use for my OBA. Its 3/4 OD air brake tubing and will feed the air hungry horns like k5’s and Leslies: http://www.airedup.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=23&products_id=123

And then the fittings that will go from Tube-NPT Male:

Also this tubing doesn’t flex to easily, or in other words it has a large bend radius

O.D. Sir !
