Hello everyone, Iām new to this site and I came across this topic. I just built my first one of these PVC horns. I got the plans off ebay. Theyāre pretty simple to make but you still need to tune them in. Hereās a quick video of my A# horn. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zNr2B5aYjRs
Welcome ITWORKS. Thatās a good start. I wonder how long it will take before you want to upgrade to Airchimes.
thanks for the Welcoming.
I have 2 Omega 3 packs now at 135 psi.
Hereās a video of them on my Titan.

Theyāre pretty loud but eventually Iām getting some Airchimes. The PVC thing is just out of curiousity. Once you build one you keep tweeking it until itās the loudest. Then you push it some moreā¦etc.
Oh, youāll fit right in here if you keep posting scare videos like that.
hay all new here was looking for the pvc horns and came across uall and like your site.but back to the pvc horns canāt find them on ebay do uall have a link that works? thanks aho
Welcome trueaho! I suggest trying a Google search for āpvc hornsā.
I built a PVC horn modeled after a Grover 1054, the low-tone horn used on the Disney monorails. However, instead of using a 2 inch diaphragm going down to a 1 inch bell (which opens up to 2 inches at the flare) I made a 4 inch diaphragm doing to a 2 inch bell. It blows at 116 hz, the same as the Doran Cunningham 6B or the Grover 1054. Once I get a new camera I will post a nice video for you.
how are they builtā¦very tempted to put a set on my ranger
