You lot bored of me yet??? lol… Ok so got home from work this evening and set about planning the horn installation.
These Shockers are just so big… no wonder you guys have big 4x4 trucks over there.
I just dont know where I’m going to put them.
My old Siege horns were on a shared little manifold and I snuck them away nicely under the front of the car.
I took a few pics of a subtle way of mounting them…
But I just know I’m asking for trouble with them mounted there…
So I thought long and hard… I think this is where they will go now, obviously I have to cut out the boot space to insert the horns & also I have to give up the boot space totally to the horns…
Something like the above would be good! But until me & my mate start stripping the car for hiding places, I aint gotta clue where the horns are gonna go.

Lol… ummmmm yeah…the horns are exiting the car, else I wont be able to shut the boot lol…
Well from 10 this morning untill 7 this evening me & my mate have been chopping large sections & adding stuff to the boot of my car…
I woz going to post progress shots that I’ve taken as we went along…but I think that will spoil the surprise… But I have to say, even by my own admission this is going to look quite smart.
The logic behind this install is based on the following… I just spent more money on these horns than probably the car is worth, So I aint gonna stick them away. The car will be at lots of shows this year so I’m gonna show off the goods! One little secret I will give away is that my Police (show purpose only) LED’s are going to play a small part!
I cant wait for the morning now.

I forgot to say, the old siege’s are going on the end of a portable airline, at the next show that we camp at, these horns are going to be hidden in someones tent & then “Baurpp Baurpp Baurpp”…Rude awakening time!! lol… (maybe not, I want to keep my mates! lol)

So… i thought i’d update y’all on the install. Went out for a blast the other night and destroyed my alternator. So fitted a new uprated one. All is cool again. I got my quick release air connections through the post yesterday, so they are now fitted. I have a 25ft air line with a tyre inflator and gauge on it, its wicked. I got a very slow puncture on the front wheel, so now all i do is hook up the airline & bob’s ya uncle… Never seen a tyre go up so quick! I got a piece of trim today to finish off the top of the boot. Gonna spray it black and then the long hornblaster sticker is going on it. I also got two LED’s just to light up the front part of the tank, then i’m all done for the time being. (Thinking about getting the tank chromed, but i am going to wait till i get a bigger one first.) Am going to a photoshoot tomoz, so i gotta get the car ready for it. Will post up some more pics later.
