2 sets of shockers??

hi all, i already have a set of shockers fitted but want louder lol, i dont have room for airchimes so thats out the question…

but i might just about have room for another set of shockers…
i have a 5 gallon tank already,is it best to get another 5 gallon tank? and run them 1 set off each tank…?
or can you get a 10 gallon tank and run 2 compressors…?
which is the best way…?

would 2 sets running at 200psi be as loud as a set of airchimes…? or close?

i await your replies… :0)

jason.

You can fit airchimes on the smallest of cars if you mount them seperate… it might be as loud as airchimes but you still wont have that tone… and that tone will make you giggle

wow!! never thought of that… but dont they come on a manifold? or can you just un-bolt them seperatly…?
we are talking about the k3la right…?

:0)

can i run the k3la horns at 175psi …?

You either need to make your own manifolds or buy them online… you cant just unbolt them from the original manifold… as for 175, some people run them at 200 but a lot of people dont recommend that. most do sub 150 for the airchimes

Thats my install in the front of my silverado…

My brackets are made by curt s.

You can run 175 psi… some people run 200 psi… they sound the best in the 130-150 range tho .

here the the custom mount for the k3
