I work on a tugboat and had this spare horn for years and mounted it on the truck where I had taken the spare tire mount off.
It is a Kahlenberg Tugboat horn 26.5" long, 10" Diaphragm, weight 70lbs
200 lbs. air pressure has 150 decibel range
When I blow it the windows and mirror vibrate and raddle, if I have a passenger I have to tell them to hold there ears.
Man when you go under a overpass…forget about it!
I never blow it around any pedestrians (parking lots, city streets)
Its great for some jerk coming into your lane.
I also have a police LED 250,000 clp post light on the truck to get attention.
Hope you like
nice set up on urs… I’m still lookin for a compressor so it don’t take long at all to air it up …I’m just airing mine up when ever I run out at the shop or gas stations right now
Check our Oasis compressors. They deliver 8 CFM from 100 to 200 PSI and can fill 5 gallons from 0 to 150 PSI in 55 seconds.
