they gave a 60 dollar ticket today for blowing my horns thats the max then he give me the ticket and ask to here them again wtf he said you been scaring people all month he sits in front of the liquor store all the time

lls i know I had them painted silver so you could the bells hanging down it seem after that cops was on me cause thet stop me again that night for nothing the first thing the cop said was so its you with the horns we have been trying to find out whos blowing them for the last 2 weeks he just said be careful smh So now the horns are all black you can dee them but you cant tell what they are
I got one last week that cost me $217! Was also told if I was caught honking again in the city of ft worth my truck would be impounded and I would go to jail.

I read the law in Wisconsin, and the only horn statutes I can find refer to the minimum loudness (so people can hear it) and then only using a horn to alert others.
I guess ‘scaring’ people would be deemed a chargeable offense, but if someone cuts you off or something you should be able to use your horn.
I hope I have the restraint necessary when I finally get mine mounted on my truck… I must have blown them a dozen times in my shop already… :o

ive actually did that when i got pulled over… i honked my regular horn and got away with it…lol
