Hey guys…
I previously had my horns installed on my 2007 Toyota Tundra. I got rid of that truck, and put my horns up for sale. I got a bunch of people interested, but after running into a few idiots on the road…I decided to install them on my ‘new’ truck. I picked up a 2006 Trailblazer SS a few months ago.
I’ll post a video of the horns later, just wanted to get this up there. There were no issues with mounting, the only issue I had was finding a switched 12 volt source on the rear of the truck. I even have a 7-pin trailer plug, but couldn’t get 12v with my meter on the power wire.
Anyways, they are on and working. The horns seem to be MUCH louder, which I didn’t think was possible. I think that is due to this truck being lower to the ground…I guess it resonates much more now.
