Hi just wondering is it possable to use the ac pump on my car to fill up my drive bottle?? what sorta psi do the push out? dont mind not haveing a/c on my car :smiley:

I have read about converting a york, but I don’t know where.
The info is out there though…

Yes it is possible. You will likely need to add an inline oiler for the compressor (unless you can find a york with a crankcase). You will also have to bypass the low pressure (safety) circuit if you want to use the AC switch that is already wired up.

You can look up the specs for your specific compressor, but you should have no problems hitting 150-200lbs.

I was lucky enough get a York 210 into my truck. It does not require an external oiler, and it pumps air like a mo-fo! :smiley: I had to fab a bracket to piggyback it onto my engine, but it was well worth it.
