Air leaks from electronic air release valve

I had been noticing that upon starting my truck my psi for the air horns has been a constant 132 instead of my 143/142 depending on weather . Today I tried to go under and look for the leak and found it on my electronic air release valve coming from tank to valve . Well upon trying to fix it I found that the hose would not come out I tighten the fitting down and leak was still there . Are those valves not meant to release hose for replacement? Do I need to get a new set up if so are they sold individually or do I need a whole new kit?

It is a quick release fitting, sometimes pushing the tubing into the fitting then depressing the release ring helps it come free.

I have tried that pushing the hose in and then pressing the black ring in to release the hose but no go. I was able to stop the leak by pushing hose all the way in . but I know it will come back if I can’t fix it by replacing hose or fitting.
