I didn’t know where to post this, but I wanted let you guys know about some air line fittings I like. I know the brass compression fittings come with the kits, but I thought you guys might want to know about some fittings that look a lot cleaner and are very easy to use. All the fittings I used on my install(except for the valve fittings) are quick connect fittings I got from poweraire.com. I’ve never had any problems with them(no leaks), and they make installs a lot quicker and look good.
i only use compression fittings only … i know some people like the quick connect but being in construction i’ve seen too many fail and that i’ve had to repair so i’ve always stayed away from them

yea anyone thats works with those fittings will tell you how they will always leak sooner or later.

If you NEVER want a leak, ever… I suggest you always use solid brass compression fittings. The only failure you will ever see is the weakening of air line over time. The fittings themselves will always hold up. I’ve been using the same ones now for years, and have never had to bother with them.
what about the brass ones that are 1/2 inch and they are like push to connect?
I haven’t heard of anyone who had a problem with any of the brass fittings. It’s always been the tubing that wears out and leaks over time.
