Hey everyone, I’m new to train horns and am wondering whether or not it’s acceptable to mount my air tank in the engine bay? Would the heat be to much? I have an '84 dodge d100 with alot of room in the engine bay.

As lost as the tank is not right up against anything hot like the exhaust or motor, then there should not be any issues with mounting the tank in the engine bay.
