I have a 2010 Jeep Liberty where I am starting small with a WOLO854 setup.
Not wanting to do much of a custom install, I am welding a trailor hitch to the angled steel so it can slide in/out for fast install/removal. It might cause a little too much attention, but I am willing to give it a shot and move if needed. Besides, it looks cool with the mockup (I’ll post pics).
Still thinking about how I can utilize the trailer with plug. Any ideas would be appreciated. It chimes by with a 12v solenoid.
I bottomed out the truck and the bottom Wolo horn broke off (see pic above). I then said hell with it and ordered a HornBlasters Conductors 240.
There is absolutely no comparison between Wolo and HornBlasters. None.
I did the first test fire for the kids about 50 yards away thinking it would just be a little louder than the Wolo’s. WHOOPS! Holy freaken loud. Everyone jumped… Won’t do that in the neighborhood again.
To anyone debating Wolo’s or other knock offs, save your money. These things are intense. You cannot really tell the loudness difference on the YouTube videos, you need to hear them in person.
