Anyone run a diesel air heater in a Minnesota winter with a train horn setup?

I’m putting together a cold-weather setup for my truck here in Minneapolis, and I keep going back and forth on whether a diesel air heater is worth it alongside the train horn install. The thing I’m unsure about is power draw and wiring: if I’m already running a compressor and tank, adding a 12V diesel heater feels like it could strain the electrical system on cold starts. I also wonder how people route the exhaust so it doesn’t interfere with where the horns are mounted underneath. I haven’t bought anything yet and I’m just going off what I’ve read online about the all-in-one units, so I don’t have firsthand numbers. For those of you in cold climates, did you notice any issues running both systems off the same battery, and did mounting location force any compromises? Would appreciate hearing what worked and what you’d avoid.
