bail? Trailer got impounded?
No worries the Trailer was Never Impounded. Paying the Bail Amount is just like Pleading Guilty in Court (No court appearance required, case closed) but its always best to go to court and see if the amount gets reduced. Also it is better to Plea in court “No Contest” Than it is To Plea Guilty. I was told that by a friend.

The reason it was dismissed… The law is that “Motor vehicles Cannot have music playing that can be heard more than 50 feet away” Bicycle’s do not fall under the category of a “Motor Vehicle” as described by California law. There is No law stating you can’t have loud music audible from 50 feet away on a bicycle. Saved my behind $243.00!

I’d go find that cop and blow it right in his face, then show him the law and your dismissed paper. No don’t do it, he will probably arrest you for assault with a deadly weapon. Lol.

We ALL LOVE LOOP HOLES!! I showed my uncle, he Told me a story of when he was sitting at a bar and these two guys got into a fight and a cop ran in and Bashed my uncle over the head with his belly club and arrested him for “resisting arrest”. My uncle went to court for it and the judge asked what the accompanying Charge was Prior to the “resisting arrest charge” (what was he being arrested for). The cop didnt have a reason for arresting him so the judge Dismissed the whole thing. haha!
