so i searched local classifieds and found some grand general horns…i thought well those will get me by…
so i went an picked them up…holy crap they sound great…for chrome 3 bells im very well happy with them…
heres a video…i have just a 7 gal tank, no compressor hooked up yet…went from 125 psi to 40 at the end there…

I like the sound of them. Very nice. I would’ve never thought that they would’ve still be blowing the horn at clear down to 40lbs…
Sounds very close to a nathan to me…
I almost have a hard time believing the sound was from those horns.
Those sound to much like a Nathan to believe it is them. I have had them before and never once did mine sound like a real nathan.
lol well you guys better belive it lol…i barely did myself…maybe i just have that magic touch lol…
on a serious note that is thoe chrome ones not nathans…ill have my compressor up monady i hope…ill get more video
IDK, i think your trying to pull the wool over our eyes…
This video has almost identical sounds, highs and lows
lol im not kidding…but holy crap they sound almost the same…i can tell a slight diifernce…ill go get video tommorow out of town
Only way ill believe you is if u make a video and sound the horn (short, short, long, long, short, short.)

Wow. Those may not be as loud, but I’d rather have those than the B.u.e.l.l.s (Shockers) because they sound MUCH more authentic and in-tune.
Shockers have there own distinct tone. I have the shockers on my truck as well as the k3…
The best thing about the shockers are that they wont rust. but yet they still give huge sound .
i was gonna go with shockers…it just was “train” enough sounding…maybe in the future i will
ill post a video this afternoon by the way lol…ill fill up my tank with 125 psi an let em rip lol
LOL, thanx bro.
Those horns sound great. They echo awesome.
BTW, I havent heard a hood close in years that sounds that solid! Those old trucks have metal that is tough to dent!
Also… get some ice for that head after smashing it into the hard hood, lol
