Dash Gauge

Im looking into getting a Air Pressure gauge for my dash just because I think it looks cool. Anyone know how this is done?

As a matter of fact I am looking into the same thing. But what I’m looking at doing is having the gauges in the pillar goin up the side of my truck.

That is exactly what I am looking for! I really want this figured out lol. Im antsy

I know what ya mean same here. I have been pricing around and for my truck its gonna end up being around $300-$400 in gauges and a pillar pod. But it does look really cool that’s mainly why I want one lol.

its not hard at all, all u need is a psi gauge, most use the viair or air zenith gauges. fit the correct air hose (usually 1/8")on the back of the gauge, find an empty port on your tank to connect to (if not use a T fitting), run the hose and if lighted connect the positive and negative

What size does that gauge run for and does it come solid black?

HB sells them

Well I am looking for a gauge that would run to my pillar or dash with no airline. Plausible?

of course just higher in price

it isn’t hard brizzal just explain it all up there…

Ok lol could someone please tell me how this procedure is done with a digital gauge and a analog gauge. Thanks

both are very simple

analog: fit the correct air hose (usually 1/8")on the back of the gauge, find an empty port on your tank to connect to (if not use a T fitting), run the hose and if lighted connect the positive and negative

digital: mount the sensor on the tank, run the positive and negative to the gauge and a positive and negative for the gauge to work

what are the good brands to look for? I’m looking for choices of a nice analog gauge. People said glowshift are bad… how bad?

Go to their website, it has a forum. Look in the tech support threads and you will see all the complaints. I ordered my glowshift before i noticed the forum…if it had been the other way around i never would have ordered. They sent me the wrong gauge and that kinda gave me an out. I’m getting my Air Zenith today…
