Tons of custom parts and fresh powdercoat, so we didn’t want to really take the customer’s truck out of the parking lot. I made due and got what I could, pic wise. The truck also has some trainhorns (K5s?, can someone ID?).
Fwiw these are actually 24" wheels, and currently the largest size tire available for them (40")…
And the horns. I didn’t get a chance to check the setup out at all, but they are for sure super loud. I am sure there was a tank bigger than 5 gallons in the bed, way up there.
WOW:eek: to say the least. That big $$$ for that suspension work and all the other accessories… Add the KING shocks in and this owners got some deep pockets. And the truck its self is worth 50 G’s.
Clearly this is for show and its never allowed to get dirty… the way i look at it is why spend the $ when you cant get some mud caked on the side… I would build it for a purpose, OFF ROAD:cool:
Crikey!.. you’ll need a trabompoline just to get into the cab and drive that sucker. The owner is obviously not short of a dollar. All impressive stuff, but then again most purpose built show cars are. That horn looks like a K5HA or similar.
Not sure if the truck will ever see any time off the paved roads or not. I guess its to each their own. I enjoy looking at it, and I certainly couldn’t afford to build it the same…so I can’t say anything.
