So I got them installed yesterday. I usually take a gravel road shortcut to work to save a few minutes. Will the dust mess with the insides of them or should I stay on the pavement? The compressor is inside so the filter on it will be OK.
Haha - watch these clowns! I don’t think a little dust is gonna hurt…

Yea, that and they have a lifetime warranty if you do break them. aka by getting in an accident and them breaking in half lol. Hornblasters will replace them. thats at least how i broke mine.
I can tell that they are strong. Took me forever to try and force my bumper back on. I was just curious about like if u get dust or water inside them if it would cause any problems. Thanks.
we get floods here during the rainy season. water is no probs just blow them after getting wet so the floodwater gets flushed out of the horns by the compressed air.
Here’s where mine are installed;

Here’s what they sound like after driving about 30 miles of muddy logging roads;

Only one thing I have found that will plug them is wet slushy snow and tons of sloppy mud but they always blow the mud out. Hopefully this helps.
