Forget Password - Not working

Just to let yall know, I tried to log in on my desktop and for some reason I forgot my password. But I have it saved on my laptop. When I go to click forget password on my desktop, the “cathe” code doesnt appear. Ive tried this on more then 1 computer, and also 3 different browsers. (IE, Chrome, and firefox.)

I just wanted to fill you all in just in case you werent aware. Thanks
