I’m thinking about gettin one of these (Southern 3 chime) one thing though, Make sure you know that the whistles have A slightly lower note on air if they were designed for steam and plenty of air like at least 15 gallons. I love the sound of those whistles, and they are LOUD. A must have item ! BTW if you think A K5LA sucks alot of air, Wait till you blow one of these. LOL
Hello, I know Mike at MD whistles. He has made a few for me. He just made a whistle that is tuned to the K5LA. And it should be able to blow on 35psi all day. One thing to remember that a steam whistle will blow different on air then steam. and you have to have at least a 1" line with a large volume of air. I have one of his southern 3 chimes as my doorbell. I have t finish up a few things on it.
That will drain that in a blink of an eye. LOL!
Nope won’t even handle that either. I Have and 80 gallon stand up Ingersoll Rand compressor and another 80 gallon tank piggy backed off of that it it will drain one tank in less then 2 mins.
