I finally purchased a Hornblasers Conductor 540
Kit and installed it.
My tank and compressor are in my beds tool box.
Problem is when driving on the freeway or streets, when I hit a bump, my tank bleeds out air, which causes my compressor to kick on. Then again and again, it’s annoying.
My mechanic said it’s the blue box/valve…
Can someone help?
I’ve tested my hoses and there are no leaks.
Thanks in advance.
The blue box thingy that you speak of, is the pressure switch! All that does is control the compressors, air would not be leaking from there.
My guess is that it is on either the airline in the push fit connector at either the Tank or the solenoid? If the pipe is not going into either push fit straight any bumps could cause the pipe to flex and break the seal, thus releasing there air?
I have had this before with a customer who said his air tank constantly drains whilst driving, but not when stationary
Check all your pipe connections:cool:
