They are the shockers, which are probably the loudest horn you can buy without buying a true locomotive horn. If you need a complete kit I could sell you my horns, a 3/8" valve, some air line, a viair 380c, and a 5 gallon tank for $300.

The horns should have a lifetime warranty and normally go for 200. just the horns, no compressor or anything else. So it being a full kit sounds like a good deal.
