Help with K horn setup

Hello im a newb here i just bought a k5la from realtrainhorns.net and looking for some advice on an air system. Im not looking to mount them anywhere but just to blow them from the bed of my truck. I have an air compressor in my garage so should i buy a tank and hardware and valve or something like that? Does anybody know of a kit that would cover all this?

Welcome to the forum. If you want a kit, get in touch with Hornblasters. Here’s just one example:

Alternatively just put together an air system yourself - there’s really not much to it. You just need a tank, drain, safety valve, fittings, air line, compressor, pressure switch and a valve.

Few key considerations:
1- Go 5 gallons or larger (the K5 will need it)
2 - Opt for a constant duty compressor (click here here for a chart)
3 - Get 1/2" air line and valve

Buy the best quality you can afford.
Have a read of the extensive info on the forum here - most likely you will find answers to all your questions, but if you’re not sure feel free to ask.

Welcome to the forum. When you want to honk very often and run air tools go Oasis. Our compressors fill 5 gallons from 0 to 150 psi in 55 seconds.
