i am looking to get a train horn for both cars for both an alarm and for stupid people driving any ideas

Check Hornblasters for the system within your budget. Any kit with “Shocker” horns is a good place to start but be prepared to upgrade. Shockers sound good but the Nathan Airchimes sound authentic.
