how loud are compressors inside car?

like the title says, if i can mount it inside and not have to worry about moister, snow ect. i will do it. but if its to loud and annoying ill just do it under the car.

Well if you put it in the trunk it shouldn’t be too loud. My friend’s isn’t anyways. That’s on top of the carpet with some extra padding underneath though. If you mount it directly to the trunk floor or you drive a hatch or something, it might be a little noisy. I’ve never heard compressors that were just unbelievably loud though so you should be good.

I have dual compressors and their not that loud… The newer u go with compressors, the quiter they are
