I mean by the honk is just short. The keyless entry honk just goes honk, not hooooooonk. So it barely honks.

yea, I thought you might have meant that The oem horn honks then the train horn goes. that gets fixed by moving the solenoid closer to the horns. But I don’t know how to fix your problem. well, at least it honks lol
