I am thinking about purchasing a Nathan K5 Train horn kit to install on my 1989 Chevy Silverado Pickup. I am wondering if anyone has installed one of these on a similar truck like mine and have any suggestions on where to mount the horns and the air tank.
Underneath the bed along the frame rails would be your best bet, I’m not 100% on where to put it on an '89 but , i’m sure you can find a spot, maybe where the spare tire used to be. It’s the coolest mod you can do to your truck, you’ll love it, trust me!

Horns mount where spare tire would be… then mount the tank either on ur frame rails or in the bed…
