i need help with a ship horn

does anyone know what parts i need to make this i cant figure out what the black plastic with the bolts is i know how to make pvc train horns but this is a much larger scale i will appreciate any help. hornbasters tug threw me over the edge here but i figured i could make one louder bigger and cheaper for less money

I can’t really tell, but that guy has a couple awesome videos of that ship horn. I would love to know all the juicy build details.

I know how to make it I just don’t know what the black stuff is with the bolts if I can figure that out il be good plus it looks like at least 6-10 inch pipe fittings

i got my hands on some 10" PVC for free now its a matter of what else do i need
