Question on installation.
2017 Winnebago 27K . On a Ford E450 chassis.
Length is 29.76 feet long.
Horns will be mounted behind grille in front of Radiator .
There is absolutely nowhere undercarriage to mount Tank and Compressor.
BUT , I have a large storage rear of MH.
Questions

  1. How far is it ok to run both wires and air hose lines ?
    Horns mounted up front behind grille, approx 32ft run from horns to where the tank would be
    mounted.
  2. Should I go to a thicker grade wire since the compressor would be mounted by the tank which in turn I’d need to run power wire up to the chassis battery under the hood or can run the power wire over to the house batteries which would have a run about 20ft.

Hello,

I would recommend going up to 8 gauge wire. You can run the air line as far as you need to Just be aware there might be a small delay when activating the horn.
