Welcome to the forum.
You’ve done some pretty good stuff in there. I especially like the EDC setup and the quick connects at both front and rear. The horn install looks a bit of a jumble, but they get the job done I suppose. You should look into a set of Shockers ;).

Very nice setup!

I like the oil drain back to the compressor.
Welcome to the forums. Good stuff.

Thanks for the inputs.

Update…I was awakened the other night to my horn going off until the air tank emptied (about 30 seconds or so)…which set off several car alarms in the neighborhood…and I got to meet several of my neighbors over the next couple of days…d’oh.
My failure analysis showed that moisture had leaked into my under hood solenoid relay, corrosion had built up on the contacts, and it had shorted closed. The relay was positioned on its side with the internal contacts on the down side.

So…my solution and my recommendation to others who are using similar circuitry…

  1. Mount your relays vertically
  2. Use weatherproof relays and sockets (a little pricey)
  3. Use a manual valve - this is on my long term plan but I’m only doing #1 and #2 for now.
