I have a 2004 Chevy Colorado. Could I fit a K5LA under it/where the spare tire is? Or maybe a K3. Complete with lets say, 10 gal. of air? I would like the bed to be open, so i don’t really want the tanks mounted in the bed. I was going to order the Shocker kit last year, but needed money for “other stuff”, and now im regretting it, and now would like to go all out once I get the cash.

The K5LA will take up almost all the space that the spare tire uses, unless you use one of those manifold delete kits to free up some room.
As for a 10 gallon tank, man I don’t know. I’m looking at upgrading to that monster 12 gallon tank for my truck … I just don’t know where to put it.
I guess I’ll be checking out the installs section to see what kind of ideas I can come up with.

High mount fits better. I have a 7 gallon tank, DC5000 compressor and these horns in the spare tire location.
