Just Installed My Nathan P3

I finally got time to install my horns. Nathan P3 installed on a Western Star semi.

I put a ball valve coming off one of my air tanks to be able to shut off the air in case of a leak so I don’t lock up my airbrakes.

I ran 1\2" ID airbrake tubing into the cab and used a cheap $10 ball valve. The airlines had to be ran pretty close to the exhaust so I covered the airline in that area with 3/4" rubber hose to as a precaution. The valve is mounted on the back of my winch control box which is next to the drivers seat.

I had to fab a bracket to mount the horn to my frame.

You can barely notice them under the cab of my truck.

Here is a very poor quality video of me blasting them. The video is taken on a 10 yr old digital camera so I apologize for the quality! The video does them no justice!

And another poor quality video.

o wow you have a truck truck! lol
its sounds awesome, just as hb advertized in their sound clips

Ya, a dirty truck truck. Should have gave it a bath before taking photo’s of it. Ah well… I think the audio is terrible. I need to go buy a HD cameracorder!

Looks and sounds great man.
All it took was a near fist fight with the ups guy to get them lol.

Nice rig too.

Very cool! I like the screens. Where did you get the material?

Wow, great install! Bout time you got em on there lol jk… They sound really good! I’ve always loved the sound of a P3. Good choice.

I bought a 8’x4’ sheet of it at Rona for $10.

Ya, I really like the squeal they make when you first crack the valve!
