So i just ordered a horn air 548 kit with a GW manual valve to run my k3’s. i can’t wait to pick it up and install it all. I’ve been dying to have a real set of horns on my truck for years. Any quick tips or tricks about the install or running these things i should know about?

You shouldn’t need anything major except a way to mount the horns…some kind of bracket.
Airline, fittings, horn button, grommets, wire loom…?
The pressure switch trigger wire should be connected to an ignition source. An “add-a-circuit” makes it easy to tap into your fuse panel.

Picked up my air setup planning to install it this weekend. the kit i got is 200 psi should i buy a regulator and turn the horn supply down to the 150 psi mark?
Up to you. You would get a little more honk time and save a some wear & tear on the horns.

Only tip I have - DONT STAND IN FRONT OR BEHIND THEM WHEN THEY GO OFF - IT HURTS! lol:eek:
