hey matt , go to micheals you can get similar material & find a seamstrest in the tampa area just give her the requirements she should be able to give you a better price unless this guy mass produces the covers. 
The guy that im talking about is a mass producer of these bonnets and of the snow cones
Was just a thought figured the dude was a producer .
