Hey guys. This is my first post here. This is my setup on my 2010 ford F150.
Its a K5LA with a manifold off setup, 71/2 gallons of air. Vair compressor and 1/2 airlines.
Welcome to the Forum. That manifold sure helps to clean up an install.
I know how much trouble it is to get a K-horn wedged in front of the radiator… and you’ve done it with a K5 none the less … Top work!.
What’s that long skinny black trumped you got showing in pic1? Doesn’t look like part of the K5.
Thanks it took awhile but well worth it. These horns are devastating. I call them “Moses” because everyone parts when they go off. As for the other horn it’s a Grover sutter tone 1510. I’m work for fdny and its the same horn as the rigs at work. That’s my primary horn. The k5la is my are you $h!ting me horn!
LOL… nice analogy. Maybe you should contact Micro Precision and suggest they change brand names to “Moses Airchime” for their next horn design.
Failing that you could always market yourself in case of riots. “Ring 1300-CROWD_CONTROL - Proudly sponsored by F150 and Moses”.
