well im getting a k5la from realtrainhorns.net once we work out final set up.
now i wna tto make a base so i can start to faba bracket to mount it. so i need the 4 mounting hole size/positions and teh inlet size and ill make a bracket at work.
Flange diameter = 4"
Flange thickness = 1/2"
1/2" NPT female threads in center of flange.
4 - holes for 1/2" bolts = 9/16" diameter
Equally spaced on 3" B.H.C. (bolt hole circle)
That 3" diagonal makes a 2.125" square pattern.
Clocking of holes on flange is NOT at 3, 6, 9, 12 o’clock.
The pattern is rotated 45 degrees so that 2 of the holes are NOT going straight through the center of the manifold.
Make your center hole big enough for the fitting. 1/2" pipe is .84", but depends on what your fitting looks like.
great taht will get my setarted i need to find some 4" wide steel or alloy and can go from there.
