No, only duals. The only differences would be running a large enough gauge wire from the battery, using relays suited for the application (each pump should have one relay), and having enough ports or a manifold for the installation of each pump to a common air receiver (air tank).
would 4 guage all around to each relay and compressor…be fine…?

4-gauge for a typical wire run to the compressors is standard far if you wish to have no issues down the road.
I recommend exactly what Lance provided in the schematic for Viair compressors, depending on the distance from the relays to the compressors.
For Oasis compressors I recommend getting the power source as close to the compressor as possible and use the #4 cable provided.
