I have a leslie rs3l or sumthing like that well ive tested it at 120 psi and only 1 horn blows what could be the problem?
there could be foreign material in the other diaphragm(s), or a blocked horn inlet?
Take it apart and make sure the power chambers are nice and clean. Take the back caps off (VERY CAREFULLY! so you don’t rip the diaphragms) and see how the nozzle looks. Clean the manifold out well with some brake cleaner or something (you’ll have to completely disassemble the horn to do this). Make sure behind the bells there are orange or pink rubber gaskets. What would help most would be some pics of the horn itself. Here’s a pic of a bad nozzle that is causing a bell not to sound on my friend’s Leslie.
