ok guys i recently got a leslie supertyfon that is a first gen. for free lol it needs 3/4 inch airline though any suggestions?
Leslie horns are extremely air-hungry beasts. The more air you can give them, the better. You’ll also need a decent storage tank and a means to fill it without overworking the compressor(s).
What suggestions are you looking for specifically?
lol man i kinds picked up on that they are air hogs i have a five gallon tank right now but only 3/8 airline
i dont think with my set up it will work
Don’t expect a whole lot of honk time, but yes - it will work.
it will work? what could i do to get it to? i have a 3/8 air valve but it hase the 3/4 inch airline port on the manifold when i put the 3/8 fittinng on the manifold with 150 psi the horns did not even make noise but when i hooked them up with 3/4 inch airline to the 80 gallon tank it was amazing
With 5 gallons - you should get something out of the horn…
