has anybody mounted a train horn on a chevy truck I have a k3 with 5 gallon tank and i’m trying to mount it all underneath without taking up my bed space.
if you take the spare tire off that would be the perfect spot for a k3 and the frame rails are good for the tank and compressor
if you have a tool box you can mount it under neath that…or mount it in front of the radiator or underneatht the bed…
i got a chevy truck and im mounting my horns on some thick sheet metal to put the horns on then getting some u bolts thatll fit over my frame and mount it like that.then put the compressor and tank in my toolbox in the box of my truck
i dont remember who the USER was but HE BUILT A BRACKET FOR HIS NATHAN AIRCHIME HORN…AND MOUNTED THAT WAY…
I got it all mounted it looks good i’ll post pictures later I still need to wire it all up hopefully when i’m off tomorrow I can wire it up
