My K5LA runby

Ok… its here. I have worked hard to get to this point, and I think I can say I have something worthy.

Setup:
-60 gallon external air receiver plus 10 gallon OBA = 70 gallons @ 120psi to regulated to 100psi
-K5LA Tuned by Mike Muha
-Before Tuning: D#+20, F#-30, G#+20, B-20, D#-30
-After Tuning: D#-30, F#-30, G#-30, B-30, D#-30
-Graham White manual valve.

It was recorded with Pro Tools and a Shure dynamic microphone

Great sound and nice job with the recording.

That sounds awesome!! Nice work bud

Ahhh finally the big payoff. Love the sound.
Makes me want better sound on my 'puter.

OMG!!! I just let out a little bit off wee! That was seriously awesome! I just been sat with my headphones on & volume on max. The microphone picked up all sorts of things as well, I swear I heard a light aircraft in the distance going by & several “buzzing” flies. Loved the echos as well!
over 2 minutes of honking!

One word. AWESOME! haha so much honking, loved it!!

And you hear a few pops, which will be very distant gun shots cause it a place that many go target shooting.

And worst of all you can hear my friend walking around. Gosh he could not sit still. His excuse was that he was being attacked by a swarm of harmless flies.

I was going to say I could hear “crunching under foot” lol, still it did not detract from the fact it was Horn porn to my ears!

p.s, how long did it actually take to fill the 60 gallons?

LOL - I could swear your list said folding table AND CHAIR. Haha

But no bug spray hahah

Ohh sorry stinky i didn’t see this until i re-read this thread. The compressor i had was a 3 piston pump powered buy a honda GX270. It puts out 18.5 CFM at 100PSI. So to fill that 60 gallon + the 10 gallon OBA + the 10 gallon tank on the gas compressor from 0-120psi took about 5 minuets.
