well Dan to answer your question I would have to say, Yes. Atascadero and Templeton and some of Paso Robles has a lot of them, but If you drive over the Cuesta Grade to San Luis Obispo its a complete different ball game. Down there its mostly College Students and once in a while some Up tight people. lol
