Need some new horns maybe...

Hi - Hope you guys can help.

I had an HB4 setup that I bought about 4 years ago. Well, I might have lost the '03 Durango I had them on to my ex in the divorce, but I’ll be damned if she was getting the train horns too.

Anyhow, they sat for about a year without being used. Now I’m getting ready to mount them on my Ram. It would seem that only 1 works. I put an airgun to them, air is passing through but no sound is being created. Any ideas on what might be wrong there? Anyone have any experience with this or a similar issue?

In the event that I have to buy a new set, is there a difference between the HB4 and the Shockers?

NOTE: the air pressure I’m working with in the air gun is about 135.

hb4h is the old name for shockers … Thats the setup i have .

unless there is something inside of them that made a nest , or rusted… they should sound. look down the throat with a flashlight and see if you can see anything.

I didn’t see anything in the horns except dirt. The metal (diaphragm I guess?) at the bottom of the horn bell appeared to be clean but had some very small dents in it. At least that’s what it looked like.

Couldn’t really see anything else…
