Some crazy hooligan with a train horn. I gave a friend of mine a ride over to her daughters house and she was there for a bit. When she came out her daughter asked me to sound my horn.(it was around 11:00pm ish) and so I did about a couple of houses down the street from where she was at. About a couple of days later I learn that the Head of the Neighborhood watch program for that neighborhood is launching an Investigation of where the horn came from. Still haven’t found me. yet!
You better hope they don’t know about this forum…LOL
Hahahahaha put ya horns back on your bike and cycle by the neighbour hood watch house and sound them off… She aint gonna believe someone on a bike had train horns. When you let them off, quickly look behind you and give the "Where the F**K did that come from expression lol lol
LOL, I’d drive by her house about 2am and wake her up
aaaaahh!!! Oh poop I’m BUSTED NOW!!! ROFL
I might just do that!!! Or just drive my truck back over there and announce on my PA system “To the person who is looking for a guy with a loud horn HONK HONK!!” While playing Ice cream music through my PA. haha
Imo residential neighborhoods aren’t cool to blast your horns in. You need to remember that people have lives and kids. If I had kids and someone woke them up with a train horn (especially an infant) I would be pissed. What if you woke someone up who only gets a few hours of sleep because he works two or three jobs? Just some things to consider when you blow them. I love train horns, but I would be mad if someone was blowing them in my neighborhood. Same goes for loud stereo systems too.
I LOLed
But i do agree. I did say drive by her house at 2am and wake her up, but only because she is acting like a _________ and her nose is 10 feet in the air.
I sound my horns on my street rarely now… Only time is if neighbors are requesting it Or on new years at midnight.
well funny thing is that the neighborhood is RIGHT next to some train tracks with trains that always pass by honking their horn. They probably thought that a train had Jumped the tracks.
How far are the tracks? Are we talking a block away, or 1/4 mile+? If a train went by and blew it’s horn, is it going to scare the people in the neighborhood? Probably not. On the other hand if you blew your’s, i’m guessing anyone outside is going to be startled. I’m just telling you to consider other people and understand not everyone wants to hear a horn in their neighborhood like that. No offense or anything.
not even a block. No offense taken. Peace.
