Finally gonna take the plunge and install train horns on my truck. I’m still in the decision stage on parts. Definitely a 5 gallon tank with twin Viair 380’s or 480’s mounted in a tool box. Just looking for a horn…
What kind of horn are you thinking? What’s your budget?
Welcome to the forum. The Shockers are the next best thing real train horns if your budget is limited. If it isn’t limited get an Oasis Compressor instead…lol
Thank you. I like the Nathan one’s but am intrigued by the USA Train Horns units, seem like a good unit, sand cast with a stainless diaphragm. I don’t really have a budget, this project is snowballing anyways. I just can’t justify $1000+ for a horn I’m only going to use sporadically… but I’ve said that before.

Trust me, once you have heard the Nathan’s in the flesh, you will forget about justifying where you $1000 went and then possibly use them more than you actually thought you would. If you can afford it, Do It!
