new from new jersey and looking for ideas

hello everyone, im new to the forum and new to the horn world. i have a set of Nathan p5 and i also have a set of Leslie supertyfon rs3k. im in the process of repainting the p5’s. i have a 5 gallon tank for my supply but am lacking a compressor. i was wandering what compressor to run? and ideas of permanently mounting the horn to a 95 ford f-150. thanks for all the help in advance

are you mounting all the horns on the truck?
whats your price range?

maybe at some point. but as for right now i have them just laid in the bed of the truck and can disconnect them so nobody can steal them. i just haven’t picked which ones i like the best so far so im considering how to mount them. and my price range is under $400.

for a 5 gallon tank if you got dual viair 480 it would be able to fill up pretty fast for u. but u will use alot of air for these horns and if u plan on having all the horns together u will a bigger tank!

thanks i have a tank already i got lucky and my buddy got me one of a wrecked tractor trailer its about 5 gallons im not sure its pretty big. i use the horns now, but not having a compressor is a big pain always having to go the gas station to fill up and never having air when you really need it!

damn that sucks man… ya u need ur own compressor

Heck yeah, dual 480s for 400 bucks.

If you measure your tank I’ll tell you how big it is…
