I been doin a lot of research on different horn kits an for my budget it might be between the shocker classic 228VX or the Rocker 2 gal kit. But i’m wondering how the 2 horn wud sound compared to the 4.

Welcome. Start small and work your way up to the k5’s and eventually an Oasis XD3000 air compressor. 
K5 and Oasis with all the hardware and huge tanks… Guestimate price? Close to $4000,00? But the loudest ride out there… LOL
