I need some suggestions and feedback on what is the best location to install tank & horns in a 84 Chevy 4 x 4 shortbed p/u.Thanks in advance
There is tons of room under these trucks along the frame rails and under the bed area. If its a 4x4 and assuming you have larger then stock tires you can always get rid of the spare and use that HUGE space!
welcome to the forum. if you take your truck off road in rugged terrain then you might want to think twice about mounting them under the truck due to potential damage.
if you have a place under there where the horns will be protected, at least face them to the rear or shroud them from dust, pebbles and rocks.
